If you get fined, they add a 15€ charge. It is unacceptable! Try avoiding this app as much as possible.
Why do you hide the price of excess km until the request was made, and you are just about to pay. This info should be clearly stated even before making any request and I'm betting the fact it's not is not a confidence. You may realize too late, or perhaps never, that and excess km is 1000 euros for all you know. Dishonest.
Had to switch from Getaround to OuiCar and I was absolutely 💯 amazed ! Unlike Getaround app, here you can add or reduce your mileage as you feel like!
What a complete pain. You will get extra cleaning charges for a normal use of a car that you would never get from a car rental company and after getting a flat tire have to go through a whole series of insurance junk. For a flat tire on a car from 97. Come on! This stuff should just be dealt with without hassle. The amount of time wasted on this will cost more than just fixing the damn thing. Of course I am sure I will get another charge. Go to a rental company or any other service like this

This service is well designed for easy and cheap car rental. I recommend it if you want a cheap rental and do not care about getting the latest car available.
